Component Location Properties

This type of search will try to find the component you want, retrieve its Key Path (or Key Member) and interpret it as a file or a folder.

GUID

The searched component’s Globally Unique Identifier.

Type

Specifies how to interpret the Key Path value: as a file or a folder.

In case of Merge Module projects the following attributes can be made configurable at merge time:

• ComponentId
• Type
